I made a loop of resistors and laid the loop on the back side of my secondary.
I then but a dab of RTV on the resister wires between each resister.
High temp RTV was used but I do think normal RTV would work just as well.
If dew starts to form I just plug the resistor loop into 12 volts
and the dew is cleared in a few min. See Sky and Tel June 1995 p. 48
if you need help with figuring out what size resistors to use.

Works fine  last long time
