I"ll throw my two cents in here. I must agree with Bratislav and others
that the claim of .001" seems implausable. The test depends on the
judgment of the user so one could could have bad judgment or eyesight and
claim great accuracy when there wasn't any. This is one claim I would
have to experience to believe.
