The lowest price I've ever seen on a 16" mirror is from Coulter. I don't remember exactly, but the whole scope is $ 695 US, and they do sell the mirror ( f/4.5 only ) for less. The std one is plate glass, but you can pay for a Pyrex upgrade. I think the diagonal mirror is included.
