Hi Larry, While I haven't been a contributor to the ATM group yet, I am in the process of finishing my 10" Dobby. I will be at Kobau again this year, look for the finished product in the Valley of the SCT's. (Yes I have one of those too.) Kobau is about 6000' elevation with a great southern exposure seeing down to about - 32 degrees. Skies can be pristine mag 6 or so cloudy that you can't find your tent. There are no, I repeat, no real camping facilities so bring your own water etc. The nearest town is Oosooyoos and is about a half hour drive away. Look for my black Voyager van.

For those in the ATM group wishing ATM info: Last year I got to meet John Dobson and Alan Dyer at Kobau. There is always a large gathering of homemade scopes, and I enjoy seeing the different ideas that people have come up with.

See you there, Larry!
