Go to, or call, your Dentist and ask where you can purchase
dental plaster/casting material there in the UK. The receptionist or
assistant should be able to help. Plaster of Paris works well too, but
needs an epoxy overcoating. Some folks just use concrete with an overcoat.
Re: tiles. The tiles don't have to be octagon, they may be
squares. Square tiles make the edge form more difficult, but they could
be cut to the tool shape before attaching. I would suggest you try one of
your DIY shops or a tile supply store. I'd try the "Yellow" pages and let
your fingers do the walking. Hope this helps,
