Apology: ~~~~~~~~ The listserver was down a couple days last week. I believe it was part of Friday through Sunday. Anything sent to the list or Majordomo during that time just went to null. Many thanks to Bill Marriot for bringing the problem to my attention.
Configuration Changes: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ a) No More SPAM should be hitting this list. In order to implement the "Spammer-Jammer" (Thanks for the name, Chuck) the list will bounce any post that is not sent from a subscribed account. This may impact some of you who subscribe from one machine and then occasionaly post from another account. Your options are rather limited: Subscribe both accounts or only submit posts from the subscribed account. If something comes to mind while you're at an unsubscribed account you can always write it up and send it to yourself at your subscribed account. Once you logon to that account, send the message to the list. (note: I suppose that the determined on this list could use a procmail script to forward certain messages with a keyword to the ATM list, from their subscribed account. There are likely similar things that can be done on other platforms)
b) The subject line will have the text "(ATM)" at the start of each subject line, unless that text is already in the subject. This should help to identify ATM posts from other mail.
c) The reply address has incorrectly changed to ATM@blob.best.com. This address will work, but the correct address for all list activity is ATM@lists.best.com, for ATM posts, or majordomo@lists.best.com, for majordomo commands. I'm working on resolving the "blob" address.
