Try a Parks 8" HIT f/13 and f/3.5 . It's a pretty fast scope for astrophotography and if you want to make even faster addd the celestro focal reducer. This will reduce the f number by 37%. I have a 10" Parks HIT and I added the focal reducer mainly for the SCT end.
