I checked my ATM III and didn't see the formulae. It would surely depend upon the modulus of elasticity for each particular glass. Perhaps a BK-7 specific algorithm can be located.

The information is not normally used. Deformation is measured directly with a spherometer during drawdown and the vacuum is adjusted to yield the desired saggita.
