You have it Stevee.  Fred Bone bult a nice one and showed it some
years ago at several star parties.  The Mersenne is a pair of
paraboloids, the secondary is a convex while the primary is a
oncave mirror,  and there is a tertiary miror on Fred's scope so
that the light comes out the elevation axis.  A small refractor
is used to actually focus the light down to the eye's size
(remembver that telescopes are afocal!) and one of the
interesting things about his scope is that you also get to see
the sky at the size of the small refractor due to the lack of
sufficient baffling of the scope.
