[ATM] A powered alt-az ground-board

I want to provide a power supply thru the ground board of 
my 20" scope that I am rebuilding so that there are no 
cables to tangle.  There is an encoder in the az bearing, 
so it has to be something different than utilizing that.

I have thought of just having spring-loaded contacts press 
against 2 separate round conductive circles.  I'll use 
several contacts per polarity/circle.

Any thoughts or things that have been a problem?  If I 
lose power, I will lose alignment w/ my DSC... so it's got 
to be reliable.
