Before others (justifiably) jump down my throat, I
should mention that optical quality makes a big
difference.  A high quality 6" mirror might well
outperform a mediocre 8".  A high quality mirror from
a maker like R.F. Royce might cost 3 times as much the
cheapest commercial optic of the same aperture, but is
worth the difference.
