[ATM] Lurie Houghton Calculator new version

Hi ATMers,

New release of the Lurie Houghton Calculator is on the AtmList
archive.

Glass catalogues have been updated for V1.2.0.87 and several new
catalogues added. Main addition for build 87 is the ability to export
the design directly to a Zemax *.ZMX design file. It now correctly
handles IR materials and high refractive index materials like
Germanium etc. A Misc catalogue is included which has some oddities like
Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Calcium Fluoride and even Seawater for the
really adventurous :). There's also a catalogue of Infrared materials
as well as all the usual glass manufacturers catalogues.

Please report any bugs or oddities urgently. Thanks.
