Do you have the ATM books edited by Ingalls? If so, I would suggest a 
simplified version of Porter's Split Ring mount. It should work very well 
for a small scope and would be highly appropriate for a Stellafane 
competition. If you don't have the books, I can scan the relevant pages and 
send them to you.
