Re: [ATM] Gluing aluminium to Wood

There is a brand of Construction adhesive becoming
widely available here in the Southeast US sold as
"PL-Premium" which is a polyurethane adhesive (much
like a very thick "Gorilla Glue"). Its fantastically
sticky on many surfaces, and comes in a slightly
rubbery masonry mix as well.

Its cheap, sticky, durable, and waterproof. Comes in
a standard caulk-tube.

This is becoming popular with backyard boatbuilders,
partly due to its gap-filling abilities.

Watch out though, it foams in the way other
Polyurethane glues do.
