To you who missed Stellafane, whether it be due to other gatherings or for
other reasons, It was wonderful... 



Looks like I missed you there! Yes Friday night was amazing. I was observing
by the pink club house, and I attended most of the things you mentioned.
Weather was more than I could have hoped for and I got a lot of pictures for
ideas on my 10". I also picked up a 4.5" F3.6 at the swap tables for a few
bucks, turns out to be spherical, but a very nice sphere and it will be a
good refigure project. Along with a 10" blank about 1" thick for a bargain,
possibly an optical flat but not sure yet. If it is I'll core it out and
make an auto-collimator. There were two in the pavilion. It would seem to be
a very useful test, but not to replace Foucault totally as dick parker
suggested.

Dang did I pick the right year to come for a first time.
