First off, please use the CAPS switch on your keyboar4d.  All
caps is considered rude as it is shouting your message.
The best time to core the mirror is when it is finished and ready
for coating.  You can do it cheaply with atube and some grit but
it is better to do it with a diamond hole cutter. Diamond hole
cutters are available on eBay for very cheap these days.  The
thing that is nice about the diamond cutters is that they don't
leave grit all over the mirror ready to scratch the mirror if you
accidently brush against the finished surface.
