I think you should be a little more explicit in order to receive precise 
advices:
do you already have a terminated primary mirror?

I assume that no. Then you should make the hole as soon as possible
and consult sites of ATM's who have made cassegrainian or gregorians, so 
as
to do it alright. Then you make the primary... which you can test as a 
newtonian
if your goal is a classical gregorian.
The secondary will come after...
