    James Crombie, do you know if they have more pictures of the
hogging machine at the link you provided?. that is such a interesting
web site, but I must admit I just don't get how it moves from those 2
pictures shown

   a while back i was thinking of a process like this, with the device
hanging from above from the center of ROC and swinging back and forth
like a pendulum and the mirror would be flat under it and then rotating
it slowly after a full swing of the pendulum, it sure would have been
nice to see more of that machine though.

   BTW  your web site is VERY nice I like your CAD drawings, I had to
learn that when I did my room addition, how much did your 15" weigh
fully assembled?

   I really love how clean/tight and heavy duty your mirror grinding
machine is, I started gathering a few components to maybe make one
someday, will keep your in mind ;)
