Re: [ATM] ATM Mirror Curve Generation with an Angle Grinder
The unfortunate thing about a lot of websites is that the owners
pull them down for various reasons and don't put anything up
there to replace the page. There was a big fluff about 2 years
ago when a spherometer page was pulled down by the author and it
was a nice page on constructing a spherometer.
For those of you who are reading this, the astronomy.net pages
are sort of becoming a repository for pages like this. I've also
tried to contact some of the individuals that have dropped pages
and have gotten some stuff on my site as a result. If something
happened to me, I know that the owner of the astronomy.net site
would keep the pages up after I'm gone.
Things like another site describing making a Newt or Dob
(whichever you wish to call them) is nice but it is the technical
articles on making some particular thing or some testing
procedure is usually quite valuable to the whole community.
