Thanks Russell, and all others who have replied.
Yup. I got a hold of my self. I'll try to ignore the scratches.
But I've called the coating company anyway, and they have agreed
to take a look into it.
The mirrors are shipped like this.
User -> Corp. A -> Corp. B -> User.
Corp A: Takes orders, Opens box and checks packaging, do paperwork.
Corp B: Cleans and Coats mirrors. Supposed to be a ISO9000 facility.
Corp B seems to have a QC procedure so least I could do would be to
leave a negative feedback to prevent future mishaps on any user...
