I don't know.  As I understand it (and I could be wrong) merely posting 
copyright information and giving credit to someone isn't enough-- you 
have to have actually been given permission from the copyright holder.  
I am currently awaiting permission from Sky & Telescope to post an 
article from 1965 on my astronomy club's website-- I could probably go 
ahead and post it, but I want to be sure.
