[ATM] Matched Radii Design

I was beginning to think it wasn't possible to achieve this
within the constraints (48.8 mm f/7.12, modelling the first
lens after Melles Griot LDX189):

The lanthanum flint is not in the best position and causes
some extra color error; the distortion is not so low; the
color correction could be a bit bluer; still, I don't think
the results are really all that bad.
