[ATM] Re: Painting plywood

Thanks for all the suggestions re how to finish my flex rocker.  I am tossing up between an acrylic or an epoxy paint.  The quality of the ply appears better than Ken has suggested.  I can screw into it without any trouble.  The good side of the ply looks reasonable to me.  There is the odd indentation but it is generally smooth. I am also only using this wood for the flex rocker itself and the base ring.  The scope itself has been complete for several years.

Unfortunately birch ply is extremely expensive here. Marine ply might be an option though.
