The keeping of the EPs at the top of the scope is a very nice
idea, especially with differing weights.  I'd make up an arc to
go around the upper area to carry the EPs.  That will keep them
up there and ready at hand.  For starparties, I'd also turn up
some weights equivilant to the EP weights and use them at the
star parties to keep the five finger discounts down.
