[ATM] Primary cooling fan

    To all,
               I plan on mounting a cooling fan for my primary mirror. My 
mirror is 9" x 5/8" thick.
        I know that plate glass this thin will cool quickly, but I want to 
mount the fan to blow
         across the surface of the mirror from the side. I see that most, 
mount the fan at the rear of
           the cell .      My purpose is two-fold, to cool and to reduce dew 
forming on the
             primary. Question... will this affect my image at the 
eyepiece??
                     There was a discussion about this on the list a few 
years ago..
