Hello James and All,

Thanx for answers and links. Some of them I have already known, but unfortunaly I have got English language
barier. To read throug all the staff I would study it till my retirement. Moreover my opinion is that these links are mainly
focused on construction of instruments than on real work with them.

Therofore I would appreciate someone who is experienced with grinding and polishing
on a machine, who could share with me the basics and folowing problems. Is there anybody
outhere who wants to discus my day to day problems on a private e-mail not to disturb others?
