Re: [ATM] mirror or lens?

Astrophysicists sometimes call interaction of light and gravity field a
"lensing".
Device in electron microscope which serves to focus electrons is called
lens but electrons interact with electromagnetic field
while in glass lens and in mirror (refraction and reflection)
light interacts with matter (electrons).
Coloquial and conceptual meaning of words can differ.
What matters is context.
Ken is right "A rose by any other name is still a rose..."
And family lunch discussions are often competition of egos.
