I like the alt-az setting circles you incorporated in your design.

I wrote some QBASIC software to calculate and display alt-az readings.  If
you have a 286 or 386 laptop laying about, you can put it to use...no need
for powerful computers in this application.

If you want the QBASIC software, just ask.  But wait a week, because my
stuff has not yet arrived from Central Asia.
