[ATM] How I Spent my Summer Vacation

Now that September is almost here, it's time to stop observing and start 
building. Of course, some of us had such lousy weather this summer, we never 
go tot observe.

My 12 year old son just started a 10" f/4.5, and I recently spent some time 
improving a remote control mirror stand to reduce the time I spend walking 
back and forth to tweak the tilt on the mirror stand. The stand is described

Anybody else have any good summer projects to share? I hear Jim Lerch has been 
busy...
