Texereau contributed a Foreword dated 1997 to the new book by Karine and
Jean-Marc Lecleire, A Manual for Amateur Telescope Makers. Original in
French, copyrighted 1998. English version copyrighted and printed in 2003
by Willmann-Bell. The Lecleires Acknowledgments page starts off "We must
thank most especially Mr. Jean Texereau for his advice, support and
encouragement."
I, too, would like to know his whereabouts today, and something of his later
career.
