Re: [ATM] CeO micron size -- figuring
Hi Rich,
>Which should I use for figuring -- 3 or 5?
For figuring, take the finer. Please note that an England based company
makes now an ultra-fine cerium they call "nano trent" (sub micron size
cerium oxyde), see at their web site
http://www.reliabletechniques.fsnet.co.uk/
Note that though I purchase a pack of this figuring polishing compound,
I had not opportunity yet to test it. Besides, I have no connection with
that company else than being happy customer (in particular their deliveries
of pads and polishing compound are scrupulously clean and well done).
Also, they are in the EEC area which is better for me...
Happy ATMing,
Hugues
