[ATM] CeO micron size -- figuring

I used the standard Willman Bell CeO for polishing,  I think it's 5 Micron.
I was given some 3 Micron CeO by another ATMer.  Now that I am figuring I
thought perhaps the 3 Micron would slow things down and help prevent me from
going too far too fast.
Which should I use for figuring -- 3 or 5?
