The center radius is never 0 because the radius of the hole is not 0. The
radius for a zone is the midpoint between the inside and outside limits of
the zone and with a 0 for the inside and some value for the outside, the
radius of the zone will not be 0 as a result.
Don't worry about the secondary covering a bit of the mirror and trying to
elimate that from the measuring of the zones. The whole mirror really needs
to be looked at for the full test of it for a particular shape so go ahead
and measure the central area.
