[ATM] Five restricted eyepieces

It struck me that, in general, eyepiece designs do not look like
they are designed for individuals who wear glasses.  Some of the
ERs! (Do people who wear glasses actually buy eyepieces with
focal lengths under a half-inch?)

I was looking for a relatively simple design with a non-infinitesimal
AFOV, but more than that, I was looking for ER that was somewhat
better than the 30% of the focal length that I have seen in other
designs.

When I finished adding restrictions on the design form, I came
up with 5 Erfle designs that can all use two OTS lenses and have
ER at least three quarters of the focal length:
