ATM Plop setups for Tom Krajci's 12 point cell designs

Despite the fact that I have used Plop a fair amount, I still have a blind spot 
when it comes to entering a new cell geometry into Plop.  Somehow, the 
necessary symmetry and geometric thought process doesn't work well for me.

I would like to have Plop layouts for Tom Krajci's twelve point designs, so 
that I can add them to my cell design web page

The layouts need to provide the degrees of freedom that Tom's designs need to 
function properly.
