ATM progress report

Hello everyone,
I have reduced the rolled edge on my mirror to TDE. Using my 10" tool, COC
with TOT. The central cavity is resisting my efforts and now I have
produced a depressed groove with a diameter almost exactly the same size as
my lap. You all know the mathmatical experssion that a circle is actually
only a series of straight lines Well, I can see the straight lines in the
surface of my mirror that form the depressed groove. The edge of my mirror
caused this. Probably due to making too many strokes (6) across the same
direction before rotating. Live and learn.
I am now going to change to a Wide "W" stroke to attempt to remove both the
groove and the central cavity. Hopefully this won't roll the edge again.
I'll keep making update posts as I either make progress, (or not)
Clear skies, Jerry

I am about to the point of building a machine to finish this mirror. My back
and shoulders can't take much more of this.
