if the heat retention is a problem you could just spray water on it a
couple of times around sunset. that should help cool it to near ambient with
little difficulty.

Subject: ATM Brick siding for observatory I am planning to use brick siding on my backyard observatory to match my house, but I'm concerned about local seeing problems. Does the heat soaked up during the day have a pronounced effect on seeing after some reasonable cool-down-time?
