In Sixtests, just tell it you're using moving source and the actual 
measurements.  The Y input is the lateral distance from optical axis to the 
wire, so you should halve the usual measurement from left to right 
hole.  If you're thinking of trying the Lateral Wire Test, the sign of Y is 
positive for inside, negative for outside focus.  Y is always negative for 
the classical (Gaviola) caustic test because the caustic horn is on the 
other side of the optical axis from a mask hole.
