Cat torturer! What do they think about what we're doing? I know what a temptation it is to check figure when first polishing. If you've gotten rid of the TDE, then your strokes are right, and you're working the edge. It takes many hours to get that perfect polish. Right, ignore the hill. That's the easiest defect to fix. Congrats. I found the 8" plate glass real nice to work with. Colin
