I've also noticed that laps that are lean on CeO and water are very hard to
move.  It's interesting tho that each lap has it's own way of working.
Also, the addition of a bit of detergent will change the action of the lap.
As to the TDE, you really want to put your hands one in front of the other
rather than the more typical side by side and keep your body parts to the
backside of the mirror rather than the edges.  Put the high end of the heel
of the one hand for pushing and the last joint of the fingers over the far
end of the mirror for best results.
