Hi Jim:

PLOP likes rings for supports.  Jim, you'll notice that 9 point cell is just
an 8
point ring with a center support, which was optimized using PLOP.

Relative to other cells designs these seem to really PLOP well.  Now it's
time to try one.  Check
the archives if your interested there's lots there.
