Lost chapters in the ATM series

I have recently finished a first cut at reconciling the current 3
volume series of ATM with the original editions. The raw, working
spreadsheet is posted at

	http://www.considine.net/atmtoc.xls
A list of different editions is at

	http://www.considine.net/atmeditions.txt
(Thanks to Peter Abrahams for helping collect some of the edition
info.)

The review went beyond just comparing chapter lists. I went
through each volume in order to list subjects covered in
"Miscelleany" as well as to try to identify which chapters had been
broken apart. The above spreadsheet lists the volumes I worked
from and a "mapping" of subjects from volume to volume.
Subjects/chapters which I did not see in the current set are
highlighted in red.

Editions covered were
	Book One	2nd ed, 3rd ed, 4th ed 1st ptg, 4th ed 3rd ptg
Book Two	1st ed 1st ptg
Book Three 1st ed 1st ptg
	Reorg'd Set	1998 ed 2nd ptg

I don't profess that this is error free. Consider it an "alpha"
version. But perhaps it's enough to get others to provide mappings
for different printings they may own.

FWIW, the search was prompted by a reference to a chapter on
the Zernike test which I had not recalled seeing. I found the capter
in ATM - Advanced, 1st printing. In the event anyone is interested,
I have scanned it and posted it at
	http://www.considine.net/zernikeatmii.zip

I'd appreciate any comments, suggestions, additions or corrections
anyone might have.

Regards,
Matt Considine
