OSLO uses the semi-aperture as its input parameter.  In other words, the 
actual lenses are twice this in diameter.  In editing the OSLO text file for 
inclusion in my post, I removed the word "RADIUS" from APERTURE RADIUS, in an 
attempt to create a clearer format.

My apologies for the confusion.
