I think it's not a problem at all.  At Zentih, your scope tube axis would be
off center with your azimuth axis by about 1/2 cm, compare this to an
equatorial scope which is polar aligned, it is off center with the earth's
axis by thousands of kilometers.  Think of it this way, parallel lines meet
at infinity, the stars are at infinity (practically).  Need I say more?
