Hi:
You may be refering to the data reduction program that is
listed in Jean Texereau's book "How to Make a Telescope" which is
sold by Willmann-Bell:http://www.willbell.com
I think someone might have put the program on the net, search the
ATM archives for it.
There are other pages that have software that is available for mirror
making:
http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/3505/atm.htm
http://www.jlc.net/~force5/Astro/ATM/MirrorMaking/Optics.html
This is a page for a Newtonion design program called Newt25:
http://home.att.net/~dale.keller/atm/newtonians/newtsoft/newtsoft.htm

Here is a page of ATM links you might want to try if you are interested
in making a mirror:
http://www.efn.org/~mbartels/atm.html

There are tons of stuff on the net about making mirrors and ATM If
these links don't help just use a search engine.
