ATM string scope at RTMC 1999

At Riverside in 1999, I took a photo of a telescope but did not get the
name of the maker. It is a 'string scope'; using guy wires to stabilize a
pair of trusses. Since there have been quite a few developments in string
scopes, I'm assembling a simple web page about them. I have listed:
--one 6 inch by Wilkes shown at RTMC this year -- does anyone have good
photos of this, I only have a small image.
--one 16 inch by Gray in Portland
--one 16 inch by Vartanian in Portland
--one 12 inch in by Tanaka in Battle Point
--one 16 inch by Tanaka & others in Battle Point, at Table Mtn. this year
 -- any others??

I'd like to learn who made the scope at RTMC 99; and if possible contact
the maker or owner, to get the details on the design. Can anyone ID the
scope from an image?
I posted an 88kb jpg of the scope at:

thanks Peter
