Put two big wheels for moving the scope and a third solid point to support
the scope when sitting.  There's your three points and placing the 3 points
of the Az. support nearby at the same angle will be the most stable.  For
moving, a stick slid into a hole will do wonderfully, either in the plane of
the baseboard and sticking out away from the wheels or on the wheel side
sticking up making it act like a refigerator dolly.
