If I understand correctly, the carbon tube slips OVER the aluminum tube, so it
would be in warm conditions that it would be hard to get on/off. Speaking of
which, the truss tubes operate in either compression or tension. Compression
would be fine, but tension would simply pull the tube off of the connector, no?
