ATM PCB Layout software and manufacture for Windows

For those of you interested in making circuit boards with a computer, this

The PCB layout software is free and will run in Windows.  The companies
pricing seems quiter fair for them making the boards.  I have not tried this
myself nor do I have any connection with the company but I thought it looks
promising.
