It may have been me. I certainly have slides. I could also arrange
a postscript file. Sadly, it is hard to get good slides. I have
professional imaging and slide recording equipment for my
research, but even this is no match for the commercial glass with
lines. I suspect just wrapping some wire around a metal frame
would do better. However, using a bright light (about 40 watt),
and the razor blade "trick" for a tester, I am able to see
the appropriate patterns. Its just that the image is darker
than I have seen using commercial glass with grids (i.e., the
one at Chabot workshop in Oakland, CA, USA). Others in the
list suggested Edmund Scientific sell the glass ones pretty
cheap, but I have asked the UK office repeatedly and was told
that they sell no such product. Indeed, it is also not in the
last edition of the UK ES optical components catalog. I cannot
say whether the UK office simply did not know what I meant or
if it is a US exclusive product.

In any event, if you wish to have one of my slides,
just send your address....

Cheers,
